| TMS Celebrates Earth Day with Unveiling of Green Roof |

April 21st, 2009 Sandy Spring, MD – Transportation Management Services (TMS), in partnership with Premier Plantscapes, celebrated Earth Day 2009 on Wednesday by announcing the development of their new GREEN roof. This establishes TMS as a leader in the green movement as the only office building with a green roof in Montgomery County, Maryland, an affluent county in both the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD metropolitan areas with approximately one million residents. TMS’ green roof serves several purposes. First, it significantly limits energy waste by reducing the heating and cooling loads on the building. Furthermore, the “vegetated roof” reduces pollutants in rainwater and the air. Another key purpose is to raise awareness of green initiatives and the need to reduce and eventually eliminate our net carbon footprint on the planet Earth.
