| TMS Acquires Anchor Cruise Agencies |

March 13, 2009 Sandy Spring, MD – Transportation Management Services (TMS) announced today it has acquired Anchor Cruise Agencies’ U.S. and Canadian operations to merge with TMS’ network of cruise companies: Vancouver-based iTMS, U.S.-based Shore Link, and Florida-based Cabana Coaches. The combined company provides a full range of cruise services across North America. TMS’ unparalleled cruise services include all manner of ground handling (airport to cruise terminal transfers, check-in services, and pre- and post- cruise packages) as well as port agency services. This merger accomplishes a number of key purposes. First, it significantly enhances the size and depth of the TMS cruise management team. New leadership roles include Stanley Webber directing the port agency business, Kelly Webber heading the company’s ground handling services, and Phil Broderick leading customer relations efforts. It also creates a much stronger footprint in select major cruise ports such as Los Angeles and Seattle. Furthermore, this coupling provides access to a much deeper operations team in the field with the addition of hundreds of experienced operations staff.
